for my workout

ill try to go for a walk everyday

and ill do sit ups, push ups, butt lifts, and weights when i can and how many i want,

but i will not stick to a strict plan, it never works for me. 

starting fresh.

weight- 189

goal weight - 135

thats a lot of weight i need to loose,

but i can do this.

im doing my own version of the abc diet.

i will count calories when i can but honestly its sooo hard to sometimes

so when i cannot count the cals i will just eat fruits, veggies or things i know are good for me

sometimes i will starve myself.
